Ordering & Shipping
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact info@stelavalentina.com.
Order Not Received
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.
Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge.
Returns Process
If your order is placed within mainland US, please use the pre-paid return shipping label received inside your order to return your item(s). The return pack slip MUST be completed and included in your return package, otherwise a refund will not be processed.
For all returns outside Mainland US please contact info@stelavalentina.com for your return label. Please quote your order number and the item that you would like to return and we will inform you of the next steps upon receipt of your email.
Damaged Items
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to info@stelavalentina.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items Not Received
If you have not received your full order, please contact us at info@stelavalentina.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number. Please note cases should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully, after this timeframe cases may no longer be eligible for review.
